WATERNEER BIOKUBE Plants are robustly built of non-corroding materials. The mechanical equipment, such as pumps and blowers, is selected from international vendors for reliability, low electricity consumption and long life. The automatic control system is optimised for the specific application and keeps the plant running smoothly. It can be networked to be remotely monitored, and can send a message by SMS in case of an operating fault. WATERNEER BIOKUBE plants are designed to run reliably, day after day, for decades, with only periodic servicing and preventive maintenance.

SUBMERGED AERATED FILTER Technology:

Waterneer Biokube’s SAF technology provides for reliable operation without blockage of the filter media and without breakdowns in service. It can recover well from adverse events such as input flow surges and accidental inflow of substances harmful to the bacteria living on the filter media. WATERNEER BIOKUBE systems can be configured to fulfill any output requirement. This includes, apart from reduction of BOD, the reduction of ammonia, reduction of phosphate, and removal of total nitrogen. Where required, ultraviolet (UV) or Ozone post-treatment can be added to remove E-coli.
